What is CoolOpps?

CoolOpps is building a youth workforce ecosystem focused on ages 10–18, designed to connect learning directly to earning opportunities. Through our model, young people gain access to industry-recognized credentials, entrepreneurship training, and real-world experiences that prepare them for both college and careers. At the end of the year, we will have a workforce summit to further highlight our impact. 

A core component of our work is the development of CoolOpps Clubs—school-based and afterschool enterprises where youth actively engage in hands-on learning environments centered on our philosophy: Learn. Earn. Play.
